Richard Hocker, 21, of Barberton was charged Feb. 26 with aggravated menacing, criminal damaging and obstruction of official business. Hocker began to punch his West Waterloo Road girlfriend's windshield, causing it to crack.

Board agrees to join regional planning initiative
